Size S (73 sts)

There are mistakes in the charts of version 2 of the pattern (released in April 2013):
To avoid ugliness stop working the leg chart after row 20 instead of 40 (so either knit 60 or 100 rows of the leg)
Cut 2 rows of the small cables on the foot (start with the double cabling instead of the single cabling). It will make sense by the time you get to the foot.
