Modifications:
-- I started the heel after 2 full leg pattern repeats (patterned leg measures 12.5cm from cuff to beginning of heel; 15.5cm including the cuff)
-- Slip stitch heel flap with gussets for better fit

I started this project several times and tried different yarns.
Because the colour changes always occur in the same place my fabric puckered. Even especially long floats didn’t prevent that for me.

In the end I decided not to use any of my more expensive and precious yarns. I just don’t feel the love for this project. I still want to finish it because I really like the visual effect the pattern creates.
