Notes:

I took the outline of a very well fitting handknit sock on a piece of paper. Then I scanned that sketch, added the ornament with my image editing software and smoothed the edges.

After printing the image I scaled it on a copier until the prints were the same size as the original outline sketch.

I glued the print onto plywood before sawing (the glue residue can be removed by sandpaper).

After the blocker was sanded thoroughly, I wetted it and sanded it again with a new and fine grained sandpaper so the first sock to dry on it doesn’t snag.
